Isabel was born in Melbourne Australia. She has a mother who is Swiss and her father is Australian. Her family is from Switzerland, Melbourne Jabiru (a small mining community within the Northern Territory), Cairns Australia and also in Switzerland, Jabiru. Together with her sister Nina Isabel, she attended schools where First Nations and other children of different cultures were included. Isabel lives in Byron Bay, New South Wales Australia.
